Product Description

Physico Chemical Treatment (Lime softening ) - When silica content is water is on higher side then this method is more effective and economical. Lime is added in the incoming water which remove hardness from water in the form of floccs which get settled along with silica and other impurities. Fig (a

Functionality

  • Membrane separation - Ultrafiltration is used to remove colloidal silica up to 98 %.

Features

  • Resin Bed - Specialised resin for silica removal can remove reactive silica upto 200 ppm. Resin bed is used for this which can be regenerated by using chemicals and can be reused.

Advantages

  • Tertiary Treatment - Secondary Treated produced water is further treated in Tertiary Treatment by using reverse osmosis treatments. Treated water can be further used for various processes.
